Learn to save / budget so it doesn’t become uncomfortable later. Also ‘invest’ in friendships, it takes work. Embrace mental fortitude and emotional well-being. Get in shape. Create that muscle memory. Learn to cook. Look at where the industries you’re interested in are going, not where they are. You won’t win focusing on catching up to entrenched successes. Spend time with parents if they’re alive. Forgive them if needed. Get to know them as people. Travel for sure. Don’t focus on only money but don’t focus on everything but that either. Someone gonna break your heart but don’t let it break youuu. Create a skill set that can survive unexpected societal / cultural shifts the best you can. As you wait for opportunities make sure you’re building in background something they can plug into once they come. Make friends with your professors in college, if you’re there. Use every avenue school presents cause the price crazy. Sure I’m missing some but you know...” ~Joe Holder
