It is usually ruled by people who are exceptional at *something,* and leverage that thing to great heights. Here are 3 things you’ll see in these people & how to use them. 1. Repetitive Flex. They know…not what they’re ‘good at,’ but what they’re ‘great at.’ It looks like they win ay *everything,* but it’s really the same skills repeated over & over – watch for it. Find those areas in yourself & new ways to use them is key. 2. Exceptional Confidence in your Exceptional Areas. They don’t undersell themselves, shy from it, or keep that area hidden. It’s awareness & digging in. They pull away from *every other task* that doesn’t leverage their gifts. At a certain level, you should too. 3. Complete Disregard of Bad Actors & Criticism. They shirk off bad actors – they don’t intrude on their positioning or progress at all. It’s an almost total block out. Nothing touches their psyche that doesn’t warrant it – sometimes shirking off criticism that ‘should.’ 4. Whether in business or even in politics – look for it – the people who rise will always be digging into what ‘works for them’ and be using this as a method repeatedly. It’s not genius – it rarely is.
